How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at customercare@dbLVN.com  to request a return authorization.

Once your return has been authorized, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund, minus shipping fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
